The Cullen Cup was a golf match promoted by the Urquhart Family. The expensive and delicate Cullen Cup was made by the fair hand of Stevie Urquhart at great expense. It was first played for in the early 90's at the tricky golf course in Cullen. In recent years it's been played at various courses throughout Scotland. 2004 was played for over the excellent course at Rothesay. 2005 probably just up at Littlehill in Sunny Springburn. Who knows where it's played now!

The two Stevie's (Urquhart and Shearon) are old railwaymen! One's a fitter and ones a driver. Gary and Stevie (the twins) are from Springburn and spent their formative years in Balgrayhill. Gary Urquhart and Frank Benedetti are the more senior players..but try hard to keep up!

Gary was off to Florida in June....Hamilton Races in July....Karen was over for the summer...Stevie was off to Tenerife..after being in Jean le Pin in May with the boys!! The Pollocks were in Spain...Betty was in hospital...AGAIN!! busy busy...
